8. 雇员代表（Employee Representation）
8.1 雇员能够就所关注的事项同管方交涉：Employees should have the ability to approach management on issues of concern.
8.2 雇员应有他们自己的代表：There are employee representatives in place.
8.3 管方应指派代表同雇员代表接洽：Management representatives should appoint to interface with employee representatives.
8.4 雇员代表同管方经常按既定的安排开会，并把会议记录归档保存：There are regularly scheduled meetings between representatives and management, and meeting minutes on file.
8.5 雇员代表应知道国际玩具业协会的《商业行为守则》、支持文件或受核工厂自订的同等文件：The employee representatives should aware of the ICTI code of Business Practices, and supporting documents, or the facility equivalent.
